Why AlbanianHire

Why hire through AlbanianHire

Eight reasons, from the terms we already publish. You interview and choose the developer before anything is signed.

  • 01

    Works your US hours

At least 4 hours of overlap. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer).

  • 02

    Starts in 7–10 days

Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free. If your developer hasn't started within 10 business days of a signed order form, we waive the first week. That applies to developers on our available bench at signing.

  • 03

    Quality at an affordable cost

Senior engineers vetted with a proven skillset: an English call, a coding test, a live interview, and a paid task. The total cost is lower than a US hire. The savings come from the cost of living, not lower skill.

  • 04

    No benefits or payroll load

No health insurance, retirement, paid leave, or payroll taxes to cover. One flat monthly rate.

  • 05

    No international payments to manage

One US invoice from a US company, Stackstone LLC, paid in USD by ACH or card. We handle paying the developer abroad, contracts, and tax forms.

  • 06

    You interview and choose

Meet the developer and pick before you commit. You interview and choose before anything is signed.

  • 07

    30-day free replacement

If it's not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost.

  • 08

    US contracts

A US-law MSA, with IP assignment and an NDA, under Stackstone LLC. Month to month, with no placement fee.

How it works

How an engagement starts

A monthly engagement with a US company. No placement fee. You interview them and they start.

  1. 01

    Pick a developer

Choose an anonymized profile. If you have not picked one, send the role instead. The practice covers web, software, and full-stack engineers, plus QA, DevOps, and IT support. There is no placement fee.

  2. 02

    Meet them

You meet the developer on a 30-minute video intro. We aim to set it up within 2 business days. Rates and contracts are handled by AlbanianHire. Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free.

  3. 03

    They start

They work your hours, in your tools, under your NDA. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer), and at least four hours of overlap is guaranteed.

  4. 04

    The engagement

Month to month, on a monthly rate. No placement fee. An account manager remains with you. If it's not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost.

What a profile looks like

Every card below is a sample profile: a placeholder layout, not a person, and not someone you can hire. Scores, stacks, regions, and English levels are illustrative. They are not measured results.

We'll set up a 30-minute video intro with the developer. We aim to set it up within 2 business days. Rates and contracts are handled by AlbanianHire.

Questions

Before you send a role

Will they actually overlap our hours?

Kosovo and Albania are usually six hours ahead of US Eastern Time. Both observe daylight saving, so the gap stays near six hours except for a short stretch when the clocks change on different weeks. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET, which is 14:00–22:00 CET for the developer. At least four hours of overlap with your team is guaranteed.

How strong is the English?

US-style communication is part of the standard. Step two is a live conversation: how someone explains a decision, in speech and in writing. We do not publish a certificate score, and a certificate does not stand in for that conversation. English levels on the sample dossiers are placeholder fields, not test results.

How do you judge quality?

Six steps. Vetted with a proven skillset. You still interview and choose the developer before anything is signed.
